A seasoned business leader, Kamlesh has consistently driven growth and spearheaded sales, business development, and product management initiatives. Throughout his career, he has had a strong inclination toward talent management, organizational structure, and building high-performing teams. His keen eye for identifying the right talent for critical roles has been instrumental in driving business success. Now, he is leveraging this expertise in executive search, working with leading search firms to identify and place top-tier leadership talent across industries.
Kamlesh has held pivotal roles that demonstrated his ability to deliver transformative results. At Bfactory, he co-founded and led the organization to become one of India’s top five MBA offline coaching institutes. Under his leadership, Bfactory expanded its services beyond test preparation, establishing itself as a trusted partner in talent management, placement training, and consulting for educational institutions and corporates. His strategic initiatives in these areas contributed significantly to the organization’s growth and reputation.
