A seasoned business leader, Kamlesh has consistently driven growth and spearheaded sales, business development, and product management initiatives. He is now leveraging his extensive entrepreneurial and corporate background in his role as a founder in executive search, focusing on identifying and placing top-tier leadership talent across industries.

Throughout his career, Kamlesh has held pivotal roles that demonstrated his ability to deliver transformative results. At Bfactory, he co-founded and led the organization to become one of India’s top five MBA offline institutes. As Senior Director of Growth at NirogStreet, he orchestrated a remarkable 100% year-on-year sales growth. His entrepreneurial ventures include InSharp, where he developed a cutting-edge Edtech platform, and strategic initiatives at Wipro and Pokarna, reflecting his ability to excel in both startups and established firms.

Kiran Nithyanand is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience across FMCG, AlcoBev, Media & Private Equity. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Search-X Consulting, Kiran brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and commercial acumen to the executive search landscape. He has extensive general management, commercial leadership & content management experience from working in leadership roles at diverse blue-chip organizations & start-ups including Diageo, Marico, Godrej Consumer Products, Star India (now part of Viacom 18) and Rainshine Global.

Known for his ability to bridge strategy with execution, Kiran has successfully delivered revenue outcomes ranging from $10–100 million, optimized go-to-market strategies, and spearheaded digital transformation projects. His commercial leadership has been pivotal in establishing and scaling operations across diverse markets, including India, the USA, and the UK.

Kiran holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka.
